HALLASAN MOUNTAIN is the highest mountain in SOUTH KOREA.
In KOREA peninsula, there are 57 mountain higher than 2,000 meters from sea level.
HALLASAN MOUNTAIN is the 59th in terms of the height.
But, this mountain is tallest mountain for 1,950 meters in SOUTH KOREA.
Many people intend to go up to the top of this mountain, crater named BAEK-RYOK-DAM. But, due to the enforcement ordinance by NATIONAL PARK ORGANIZATION, we need to take only one trail. The problem is…this trail requires 9.6KM and 4 hours 30 minutes for uphill hiking. Then, we need to spend 8-9 hours including break for the round-trip hiking.
That’s why we prepared another hiking tour following YOUNGSIL – EORIMOK TRAIL.
This is less distance trail and we will pass by more scenic places.
Our guide will pick you up at the hotel in JEJU ISLAND.
And, we will prepare some snack because there is no restaurant in the mountain.
After tour, we will drop you off at the hotel around 2pm.
Please note that this is uphill and you need to wear hiking shoes, or at least sneakers.
