This is the food tour for 3 hours including the transfer between your hotel and the restaurant.
KOREA people call sliced raw fish as ‘hoe’ (ν).
For KOREAN people, the eating hoe means the complete the course meal with various kind of sea food (3-4 raw dishes including the main sashimi dish before we finish the course with the rice + soup.
Our member will assist you to order the meal and how to eat the food.
This doesn’t include the sightseeing. This is the separate tour for your meal including the round-trip transfer.
But, you can request to combine this tour with your sightseeing.
Because this price include the transfer, the car size will be dependent on the number of guests. For example, for 4 people, we will send 8-seater van, but, for 10 people, you will use 15-seater van by the driver.
Basically, we will send English speaking driver. But, please understand that we will send Korean speaking driver if the meal arrangement is very simple.
For this menu, we chose the restaurant under the following criteria.
– The fish should be fresh. (But, this is too much common sense for KOREAN.)
– The taste & texture of each piece is the most important factor. (Even the different way of cutting makes the taste different.)
– The side dishes should be good enough in terms of the quality and quantity.
